Saas-Fee off the slopes – winter experiences with goosebumps guaranteed
From January 21 to 24, 2027 , Saas-Fee will once again become the gathering place for the world’s best female and male ice climbers. The UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup has been a fixture of winter in the glacier village for over 25 years. It is considered one of the most spectacular stops on the entire World Cup tour.
The competitions take place at a spectacular venue: the ten-story parking garage at the entrance to the village, which is transformed into an icy climbing arena. From many different floors, you can watch up close as the athletes battle for every second and every meter in the lead and speed disciplines. The highlight is the difficulty climbing finals. Afterward, fans and athletes celebrate together at the legendary Ice Party.
